Leaders at LIfe Fellowship all follow our Honor Code. We do not ask for perfection from anyone, but we want leaders to understand and follow the same standard as we lead others.

Leaders need a clearly focused and growing faith. They are committed to the belief that no one is static in their walk with Christ and that growth is always our focus.
INTENTIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY
Leaders that invite trust by emphasizing the importance of preserving confidential conversations and information.
UNSWERVING FIDELITY
Leaders that demonstrate loyalty in personal relationships, with no hint of sexual exploitation, flirtatious vibes or abusive behavior. Not jokingly or in jest.
PERSONAL HUMILITY
Leaders who do not act or think that they have arrived, but are eager to learn and grow.
GENTLE SINCERITY
Leaders who are kind and sympathetic, who can assist others in overcoming obstacles.

Leaders who see the point in situations and help others come to conclusions by leading conversation and helping others work through situations without telling them what to do.
